Church Picnic

Date: Sunday, August 14th, 2016 Sunday, August 21st, 2016
Time: Noon

Make plans to be with us for High Point Baptist Church’s Annual Church Picnic, which has been rescheduled to take place on Sunday, August 21st immediately following our morning worship service. All are welcome to attend for a wonderful afternoon of Christian fellowship, and church members are encouraged to invite family and friends!

For those coming, please consider contributing one of the following:
– Families should bring a salad or desert to share (To help us streamline setup, half-deep aluminum pans are available at the church. We encourage you to use them for your hot and cold dishes)
– Individuals should bring chips or snacks, 6-packs of soda, or bottled water

The church will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, beverages, and tableware.

Also, get ready for a series of brand new events at the picnic, including the Apple Pie Competition, the Chocolate Cake Competition, and the “Battle of the Burger!”

Please drop off all food items at the pavilion before your attend the morning service on that day so that our setup crew and cooks have adequate time to prepare.

Church members are also encouraged to help in one of the following areas:
> Setup Crew
> Cooks
> Trash Control
> Cleanup

You may sign up at the Welcome Center in the church lobby, or by filling out the form below.

We pray all of you will join us, and we can’t wait to enjoy your fellowship!
